You may not know this, but pumpkin, called Wattakka in Sinhalese, and other gourds are commonly eaten in Sri Lanka. Just ask any Sri Lankan mum, it is a favourite veggie because of its health properties. We love Wattakka for its buttery, lightly sweet, and nutty taste. My first time trying Sri Lankan Food!

This Pumpkin Curry was so yummy, warming, and bright, balanced with the creamy coconut milk. I made it with acorn squash and it turned out great. As a beginner cook, I loved that the cooking kit pouches and recipe were easy and straight-forward. My family enjoyed it, too!

Perfect taste

Loved this pumpkin curry with authentic Sri Lankan taste! I wasn’t much of a pumpkin curry fan but this meal kit made me love it! The spice blend is just perfect! Have bought this several times now and even gifted it to friends who loved it! 🥰
